Hello
Need help with solenoid valve. I did everything in the dropcontroller but I do not get twelve volts from the solenoid valve. I only get 6 volts. what did I do wrong? -
MartynKeymaster
Check the power supply.
Apart from the diodes, the solenoids should connect directly to the power supply.

can you somewhere post a diagram of this part of the circuit and also some photos

Thanks
Now everything seems ok and works, but the diode lamp on the solenoid is not lit. It lights up when connecting 12 volts. -

Is the solenoid connected correctly? The valve will still work when connections are reversed but the LED will not light.
What is the voltage to the valve? Maybe enough to move the solenoid but not enough to light the LED.

hi,
Great fantastic project.
Can you please check this solenoid valve. Seller says its Japanese . will this work with our project.

Ideally you need a simpler valve. Two position with a quick response time.
2V025-08 – Shako, Chucka, SLGPC, Airtak and the usual.
