    Check the power supply.

Apart from the diodes, the solenoids should connect directly to the power supply.

do you have the TIP120 connected correctly?

Now everything seems ok and works, but the diode lamp on the solenoid is not lit. It lights up when connecting 12 volts.

Is the solenoid connected correctly? The valve will still work when connections are reversed but the LED will not light.

What is the voltage to the valve? Maybe enough to move the solenoid but not enough to light the LED.

Ideally you need a simpler valve. Two position with a quick response time.

2V025-08 – Shako, Chucka, SLGPC, Airtak and the usual.
